Kylie has worked as the Collegiate Program Coordinator for BHA since 2019. In her previous role, she engaged college students in public lands advocacy through the establishment of university-sanctioned BHA clubs. Her accomplishments include creating the Public Land Owner Stewardship Fund and the Rachel L. Carson Award, expanding efforts to develop young hunters and anglers into  conservation-minded champions, and growing BHA’s college club system across the U.S. and Canada.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Colorado State University, and has put that to good use. Prior to her career with BHA, Kylie worked for different federal agencies studying a variety of wildlife from Northern Goshawks and elk to laboratory testing for wildlife diseases.

Kylie is a self-identified “mediocre hunter, terrible angler, wild game eater, wannabe chef, and dog mom.” When she’s not at the office, you’ll  find her in the backcountry, on the water, in the kitchen, or somewhere romping about with her black lab, Holt.
