Join BHA Regional Manager Chris Hennessey to take a freshly killed whitetail doe from hanging with the skin on to the grill. We will skin the deer, break it down into quarters and demonstrate how to turn a hind quarter into cuts. We'll also grill some backstrap for snacking and enjoy a beverage when we're all done butchering.
