Goose Lake Pheasant Hunt- Deerfield, WI

Event Start Date: 10/24/2026 9:00 AM

Event End Date: 10/24/2026 12:00 PM

BHA members have had another successful year of boots-on-the ground stewardship work at the Goose Lake Wildlife area. Join other Wisconsin BHA members for pheasant hunting followed by trash pickup on Saturday, October 24th. Goose Lake is a 2,296-acre property that provides habitat and hunting opportunities for pheasants, deer, turkeys, waterfowl, and small game. Wisconsin BHA is the official adopter of the Goose Lake wildlife area.

We'll start the day at 9:00am with pheasant hunting. All participants are required to maintain individual compliance with Wisconsin hunting regulations and provide their own equipment. Dogs are welcome! After hunting, we'll do some trash pickup mainly around parking areas.
