Vendor registration rules and notes
- Vendor spaces are outdoors.
- Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, tent weights, extension cords, and any needed power source.
- There is no onsite power available for vendor spaces.
- Quiet generators or battery power stations may be allowed with prior approval only.
- Vendors may not run cords across public walkways.
- Vendors should be tied to outdoor recreation, conservation, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, wild food, veterans in the outdoors, habitat work, or related mission-aligned activities.
- Nonprofit pricing is reduced with the expectation that the nonprofit limit sales to memberships and merch only.
We may waive the booking fee for a donated raffle item or a clear program contribution of equal or greater value. Contact Brian Bird at bird@backcountryhunters.org for more information
