Join us for a special Pint Night at Last Stop Brewing on February 24th, starting at 6:00 PM, where craft beer and awesome food meets the great outdoors. This engaging evening is perfect for nature lovers, food enthusiasts, and anyone curious about the hidden world of wild mushrooms. Grab a pint, settle in, and get ready to learn something new in a relaxed, social setting. The night will feature Joe Lacefield, a biologist with the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources (KDFWR), who will share his expertise on foraging for wild mushrooms. Joe will cover the basics of mushroom identification, where and when to look, and important safety considerations for foragers of all experience levels. Whether you’re a beginner or just looking to deepen your knowledge, this is a great opportunity to learn from a trusted expert. Come early, enjoy fresh beer from Last Stop Brewing, and connect with others who share an interest in nature and local ecology. This Pint Night is educational, fun, and approachable—no prior experience required.

This will be a casual, fun way to meet fellow hunters and anglers, swap stories and learn about BHA and our mission to conserve public lands and waters. BHA members advocate for public hunting and fishing and we work to maintain and improve access to places to hunt and fish. We also speak up for wildlife, guided by the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation.
