Q: What did we do well?
A: Its all about the people great folks in one spot, wild game dinner is amazing, camp chef was amazing, I would like to see a more bullet point this is what you must do as a vendor set up take down, signage needs to be where when etc.

Q: What can we improve on?
A: Tighten up the storytelling event it just went to long but everyone was generally over the top the Wilma venue was ideal. I felt like we could utilize the actual union hall at the union club as well if we were to go back to missoula and what about the fairgrounds? From a Vendor standpoint it would be great to be able to have our entire crew bail from the booth space to attend seminars as this is a fun event.Which would probably necessitate more security. Get fancy utilize sms to send text alerts for seminars and events as my crew literally forgets how to use the internet or look at the posted schedules. Above all this is not a fucking trade show, this is inclusive informal gathering of like minded folks how do you keep it that way? Thats what we have above anything else out there.

Q: What seminars would you like to see next year?
A: I have heard that the boating seminar was great could be a basics and beginners, the spey seminar needed to be less talking and more hands on, Randy Newbergs how to on E scouting was exceptional. Using the whole animal was led by really creepy dudes and social media was probably really hit or miss with those in attendance. Maybe identify what were the big draws seminar wise and have them on morning/afternoon opposing schedules. To the point more how to focused seminars from dutch ovens to pack mules, rafts, goats whatever. How to load a backpack properly, would be cool to get Kevin Timm from seek outside and Pete from Stone Glacier to do one together show folks that fit and knowing how a backpack works spans brands. smaller seminars for beginners or a day dedicated to basics knife sharpening, arrow fletching, basic tuning for traditional and compound bows, basic breakdown on adjustable turret scopes. Putting together a backcountry clothing kit, what different stoves can do for you, backcountry medicine. its endless
