Throughout Nevada and across the nation, ambiguities around the legality of accessing public lands at adjoining corners (popularly known as 'corner crossing') prevent sportsmen and other recreationists from setting foot on significant portions of the public estate.
Assembly Bill 386, introduced by Nevada Assemblyman Justin Watkins, would put this question to rest by making it legal to for members of the public to access public lands through adjoining corners.
