Thank you for your interest in showcasing your brand or organization at BHA's North American Rendezvous!
This years Rendezvous is going to be similar to last year's event, with some minor tweaks and even more folks in attendance. The theme this year is “Our Shared Lands and Waters”. Rendezvous is not your average conservation event or tradeshow. For starters, nearly all of Rendezvous will take place outdoors at a site called Fort Missoula, which is located about 4 miles from downtown Missoula. We will also have onsite camping for any and all who are interested. We’ll have family-friendly camping area as well as a truck and trailer camping area nearby for the rowdier crew. All of the events minus Beers Bands & Public Lands and Campfire Stories will take place on the grounds – and will take place outdoors. This year we will also be having a corporate sponsor / vendor happy hour specifically for all of our amazing partners and vendors.
This is a great opportunity to get your brand in front of the BHA community which is filled with adventurous hunters and anglers from across the continent. Vendor booths are only $500 ($300 for Non-Profits) and the price includes 2 weekend passes so you can attend the numerous events happening on site. The vendor fee does not include camping. All booth spaces will be located in the middle of all the action, and everyone will have a premium, crowd-facing site. A big part of the afternoon on Friday and Saturday will be our seminar tents, which will consist of Food, Field Skills, and Conservation and Policy. Each of these areas will have simultaneous seminars going during the day. Around these tents will be vendor booths of a similar vein. From fishing and hunting gear in the field skills area to food, and cooking vendors in the Wild Food area. To join in the fun, we are encouraging all vendors to have their own mini skills presentations at their booths. These presentations can be included in the Rendezvous schedule packet to ensure maximum attendance at your booth.
