Come on out to 3rd Turn Oldham Gardens on Thursday May 2nd beginning at 6pm for a great night of all things fly fishing!
This event is for everyone, no matter if you’re an expert fly angler, someone who has never held a fly rod before or if you’re somewhere in between. We’re partnering with our friends at Derby City Fly Fishing for this pint night. You’ll have a chance to meet some great people with this group who can tell you everything you need to know to get started fly fishing. They also will have fly rods on site to help teach fly casting and techniques! What’s better than locally brewed beer, fly fishing and great people?
As always, you don’t have to be a BHA member to attend this pint night, but we hope you want to join after. Come on out and invite a friend also!
As are all of our Pint Nights, this will be a casual, fun way to meet fellow hunters and anglers, swap stories and learn about BHA and our mission to conserve public lands and waters. BHA members advocate for public hunting and fishing and we work to maintain and improve access to places to hunt and fish. We also speak up for wildlife, guided by the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation. Finally, we believe in and advocate for fair chase in pursuit of fish and game. If those ideals resonate with you, please come join us to learn more and maybe become part of BHA. This event is open to all and is nationally sponsored by our friends at ONX Hunt, who will provide a free, one-year OnX Single State Premium Membership for the first 15 attendees who initiate or renew a BHA membership at this event.
