Fort Liberty AFI is hosting Trashy the Squirrel Hunt and Clean Up!
Why You Should Want to Attend:
Learn about AFI, conservation policies, and squirrel hunt. And of course clean up our public lands available on Fort Liberty.
What is it:
A day of getting to know other AFI members, learning more about AFI, chasing squirrels, and cleaning up Fort Liberty.
Attendees can expect:
- AFI 101
- Policy 101
- Squirrel Hunting
- Trash clean up
Attendees must bring:
Waterproof Knee boots
12-gauge shotgun or .22 rifle
Cooler for your squirrels
Coffee Cup
Clothing appropriate for the weather
Sunglasses
When is it:
Feb 17th from 8AM-12PM
Where is it:
Fort Liberty, NC
Participants will be emailed meet up location
Who can attend:
- This event is open to all members of the military community
(Active duty, Reserves, National Guard, Veterans, and Gold Star families)
- You do not need to be a BHA member to attend
(but we sure would appreciate it if you were)
