Recovery for all? Salmon habitat in the Mendenhall watershed

Join Alaska BHA at Forbidden Peak Brewing on Wednesday October 14th at 6PM to talk Salmon in the Mendenhall. Rebecca Bellmore at Southeast Alaska Watershed Coalition will present on emergency flood fighting in Juneau and how it's affected miles of salmon habitat in the Mendenhall River.

The Southeast Alaska Watershed Coalition has been working with local partners to understand how salmon are using the mainstem river and adjacent habitats, and what restoration projects could be implemented along with a permanent flood solution. Ensuring salmon continue to thrive in the Mendenhall watershed is important for a long-term community recovery that includes the economy, recreation, and access to natural areas.

We'll also be celebrating Publc Lands with the Tipsy Buck Hazy IPA *official* release of this collaboration brew with BHA and Forbidden Peak. Every Pint supports BHA and our work for wild public lands, waters, and wildlife. Enjoy Repsonsibly!
