Join Arizona AFI for a pre-season rifle sight-in and shooting skills clinic at the Sierra Vista Shooting Range. This prepare-to-hunt event is designed to build confidence and proficiency with your hunting rifle before heading afield for Arizona's small game and big game seasons.

Participants will zero their optics and sights, shoot at distances realistic for hunting, and learn the techniques and fundamentals that make a hunter effective and ethical in the field. Whether you're a first-time hunter preparing for your first season or a seasoned hunter who wants to verify their zero before opening day, this clinic is for you.

Cost: Free to attend — range fee of $10 per person ($5 for military and veterans), cash only

Eye protection, hearing protection, and targets are available for purchase at the range.

Who Can Attend

This event is open to all members of the military community — Active Duty, Reserves, National Guard, Veterans, military and veteran family members, and Gold Star Families — as well as BHA members and public lands supporters.

You do not need to be a BHA member to attend.
