3rd Annual Introduction to Fly Fishing - Susquehannock State Forest, PA
Join Pennsylvania AFI and the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for the third annual Introduction to Fly Fishing — a multi-day mentored course set in the heart of Susquehannock State Forest in Potter County.
This is a true soup-to-nuts fly fishing experience designed for beginners and those looking to sharpen their skills. Over the course of the weekend, participants will build a complete foundation in fly fishing — from rigging up and reading water to landing, cleaning, and cooking a trout over the fire. Pennsylvania's State Forests offer some of the finest wild trout water in the Northeast, and this weekend puts you right in the middle of it.
Space is limited to 10 participants — don't wait to sign up.
A participant application is required for this event. You will receive a link to the application in your RSVP confirmation.
