Join Kansas BHA for a day of boots-on-the-ground conservation work on Saturday, August 29th at Milford Wildlife Area.  KS BHA is partnering with the public lands division of KDWP to provide habitat improvement and clean up of this critical piece of public lands.  

We will meet up at 7:30 am on Saturday August 29^th (see the location links below)  to get ahead of the heat of the day.    Workers with chainsaws will work on Cedar Tree removal; KDWP will have equipment on site to remove the trees once cut.     For those not wanting to run a saw, KDWP will provide trash bags and maps of locations where trash cleanup is needed. 

This is a project that has work available for everyone and would be a great project to bring the family to help improve public lands in KS.  

We will finish up around noon and KDWP will provide lunch.
