The Minnesota Chapter of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers is teaming up with the crew from Harvesting Nature for an evening of stories, skills, and good food in a backyard setting May 26th from 6PM-9PM in Edina, MN, and you are invited!
Justin Townsend, Adam Berkelman, and Rikki Folger will be in town to talk through the full arc of wild game, foraging, butchering, and cooking it well. Whether you're brand new to wild food or have been doing this for years, this is the kind of laid-back, boots-on-the-ground conversation that's hard to come by.
