BHA is again hosting our annual Turkey Camp! This year's event will be better than ever, featuring guest speakers from the BLM & CDFW, a seperate, CDFW advanced hunters education course (currently sold out, but you can join the waistlist here), and a sneak preview of an upcoming bullfrog culling stewardship event in the monument!
We will be gathering at Cowboy Camp on Friday, April 24th to spend the weekend hunting by day and swaping stories around the campfire at night. All participents must bring their own gear (shotgun, shells, cmaping equipment, clothing for any weather, water, and food) and have their own licences.
This annual celebration of our public lands and the game they provide is a great place to get some hunting tips, learn about how you can help defend California's public lands, and make some new friends.
