Interested in boots on the ground stewardship work that directly impacts wildlife? Idaho BHA has you covered, we are looking to remove around 1 mile of barbwire fence. This effort will directly influence migrating big game animals and open more habitat connectivity. Join us May 29-31, for a campout weekend in Southeast Idaho.

We will be working on BLM land east of Twin Falls Idaho specifically 9 miles northeast of Minidoka. This is about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Twin Falls, 2 hours from Pocatello, and 3 hours and 15 minutes from Boise. See the Google map location linked below for the exact work location. Good AWD and high clearance vehicles are recommended for accessing the camping near the fence location.
For the campers, bring what you normally need for a weekend out on public land. If you would like to show up on the main workday, Saturday May 30th, the group will be meeting for a safety briefing around 930am. More information will be sent out in an email for all volunteers signed up a week before the event.

Schedule:
