Join the Minnesota Chapter of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers on April 4th at the SITKA Gear Store in Maple Grove, MN as we kick off turkey season with our Turkey Hunting 101 Workshop.
Dust off your calls and get ready for spring turkey hunting! New for this year, we are partnering with the National Wild Turkey Federation to bring you a collaborative workshop sure to stoke your fire for spring gobblers, whether you are a new hunter or have chased longbeards for a long time. Kevin Hurst from NWTF and Aaron Heebisen from BHA will tag team this season kickoff and cover:
- Biology & Natural History
- Public Lands and Access
- Scouting
- Calling
- Gear
- Butchering & Cooking
We will also have door prizes and incentives going for folks who sign up or renew your membership at the event.
