Arizona AFI is Hosting a Pizza & Pint Night in Oro Valley!

Why You Should Want to Attend:

The Armed Forces Initiative (AFI) of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers (BHA) brings together the military community through conservation, education, and shared outdoor experiences. Join Arizona AFI for a relaxed and engaging Pizza & Pint Night at Ciao Down Pizza in Oro Valley, a fun, casual way to connect with fellow hunters, anglers, and conservation-minded folks in southern Arizona.

This evening also features a special presentation from Dana of Dana’s Taxidermy Animal Artistry, who will share best practices for taxidermy of both fish and game following your harvest and answer questions about preserving your outdoor memories the right way.

What It Is:

The Pizza & Pint Night is a social and educational gathering designed to build community while sharing knowledge about conservation and outdoor skills.

Attendees can expect to:

• Enjoy pizza and pints in a laid-back setting

• Meet local members of the AFI and BHA community

• Learn taxidermy best practices for fish and game from a local expert

• Hear about conservation projects happening in the region

• Learn more about BHA’s mission to protect public lands, wildlife, and fair chase traditions

• Ask questions and get involved with upcoming AFI opportunities

This is a great opportunity for newcomers and long-time members alike to connect and learn.
