Nothing defines hunting the big woods like wool pants and coats in the classic buffalo check pattern. Johnson Woolen Mills has been at it in Vermont for nearly two centuries. Under four generations of Vermont ownership and the pride of being hand-crafted in the USA, they are a world-wide source for rugged woolen outer wear and the only big woods option for many deer trackers.
Join BHA for a great night of storytelling and fun at the historic Johnson Wooledn Mills in Johnson, Vermont. Retired Vermont game warden Eric Nuse, will be the MC with a great line up of story tellers from across the region and a bit beyond, including;
- Lanny Benoit - Deer hunting legend and renowned deer tracker
- Joey Davis, Northwoods Whitetails
- Nick Campagna, Makin’ Tracks YouTube
- Jason Batchelder, VT Fish and Wildlife Commissioner, former Game Warden
- Josh Morse, Outdoor writer/photographer
Tickets are $30 for admission, heavy finger food provided and Rock Art Brewing has brewed up our signature Public Land Pale Ale for this event!
This event will quickly sell out (only two weeks last year) so get your tickets early! We will have some great items up for raffle and door prizes. The top prizes will be a complete hunting outerwear combo and an after the hunt package valued at over $1500!
