Among them are salmon and shellfish. Thats why well be shucking oysters and breaking down salmon. Well be looking at some of most popular ways to prepare these delicacies and we cant wait to share them with you!Our goal for this workshop is to prepare you for your next harvest, not only with the correct knowledge but, with the correct tools as well. IT'S SEAFOOD SEASON

Join Oregon BHA leaders as well as our friends at FINEX and CRKT for a night of filleting and cooking.

With warm temps and summer chinook starting their annual river journey, we're breaking into everything seafood!

The Oregon coast and it's rivers offer some incredible opportunities to procure your own food. Among them are salmon and shellfish. That's why we'll be shucking oysters and breaking down salmon. We'll be looking at some of most popular ways to prepare these delicacies and we can't wait to share them with you!
