Are you passionate about keeping West Virginia public lands clean? Come do your part by joining the West Virginia BHA Chapter Saturday, September 16th for a public land pack out at Coopers Rock State Forest!
At approximately 12,747 acres, Coopers Rock is the largest in the West Virginia State Forest system. Located just 13 miles east of Morgantown and West Virginia University, it is one of the most accessible hunting and fishing destinations in the area. We will be working in collaboration with WV DNR to clear illegal dump sites in the Darnell Hollow area which offers some of the best access to the northwestern portion of the forest. What a fantastic way to celebrate Public Lands Month!!

9:30AM – 1:00PM : Packout! *We’ll be sure to wrap up in time for everyone to enjoy the WVU Football game later that evening.
