Saturday May 6th BCBHA will be hosting our second annual Boots On the Ground Work Party at the Nature Trust of BC's Sheep Mountain conservation property south of Elko. This is an opportunity to engage youth (so bring your kids and the neighbor's too) in the outdoors and expose them to the importance of conservation lands and an opportunity for members to get their boots and hands dirty. There will be plenty of work for everyone and we will be providing much needed nourishment for lunch. We will be meeting at 9 am at the gate to the Sheep Mountain property. Please bring work gloves, water bottles, and dress for the weather. Stay tuned for further information and directions as the date draws closer.
