Q: What would you like to see more of at Rendezvous?
A: Our connectivity with our tribe is critical, more opportunities for our members to meet and socialize. The seminars and story telling are key, but when we are outside of those sit down events we need to make sure our members get together.

• What needs to be improved?
A: I thought the size and scope was great, not too big of a vendor presence, but a great mix to keep it interesting. No one wants “yet another tradeshow” and I thought this was in a good space.

A: I know we were nervous coming into Boise, but it did work really well. I thought the team did a great job of executing. We still run the risk of weather, with the walk to the Boise Center, and outdoor brewfest/cookoff if we get nasty weather it could be a risk.

A: The confusion on the online raffle ending was a bit challenging. I think a program detailing what raffles and auctions are where would be better. Having a bucket raffle, online auction, live auction and silent can get a bit unruly.

A: As the MC, I think we need to limit the teams so there is only one round of 8 or so. Not sure how we accomplish this, but it will ensure that those getting to cook are all at a high level of execution and it doesn’t have the disruption of the second round.

A: Good films, needs to be better flow. The interruption with the llama naming made me think the evening was over. Have a clearer program of the evening so no one leaves early. Also, shorten it a bit, the evening got too long.
