Join the Idaho chapter of BHA near Challis for the 5th annual Salmon River Clean-Up Float Saturday August 5th!
We will be floating from Watts Bridge (approx. 9 miles N. of Challis) to Cottonwood Campground near Ellis. Bring your own inflatable/kayak/canoe and help improve public lands along the famous Salmon River.
If you would like to participate but do not have a vessel, please email [email protected] to reserve a seat.
We will be departing Watts Bridge at 10 AM and should be on the water until about 4PM. Lunch, water and beverages will be provided. Meet at the Watt’s Bridge boat ramp at approximately 9:30 am to load the boats and be ready to hit the water at 10!
Bring your own personal items like PFD, sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle and gloves. Please wear appropriate shoes for getting in/out of the boat and walking around pulling weeds.
Please leave your dog at home unless they can be contained in your own boat.
