Join Minnesota BHA in Alexandria, MN to help kids learn about hunting, fishing, and public lands. Youth Outdoor Activity Day is a free, family-friendly event intended to provide youth a fun environment in which to learn about outdoor recreation. Minnesota BHA will be hosting a blood-trailing course and have drawstring bags for the kids, as well as membership incentives for adults. Other activities include trap shooting, archery, hunting, angling and many other related skills. Over 40 hands-on activities and demonstrations are planned.
MN BHA is looking for a few volunteers in the area to help teach kids to track and talk to adults about BHA. All volunteers that sign up for a shift will be entered to win a $250 Sitka Gift card. Sign up here for a time slot.
