Down and Dirty, Come Clean a Stream!
Join the Missouri Chapter of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers as we seek to improve the stream conditions of Wilson's Creek. If you are looking to have a direct impact in the improvement of a waterway within our local SW Missouri community, this is it! Wilson's Creek is in dire need of attention, and we are proud to be jumping head first into this overdue trash cleanup. In association with the River Access Coalition, we will be removing illegally dumped trash, waste, and any additional litter that we cross paths with. We hope to see you there.
We will be providing the following items (feel free to bring your own as well):
- Protective Work Gloves
- Large Black Trash Bags
- Snacks & Beverages
*Park at the “bend” on Old Limey Road, the Google maps link will take you directly to it. You can’t miss it! Work gloves, trash bags, snacks and drinks will all be provided for volunteers.
