event_description: Have you ever wondered about what your State Fish and Wildlife Agency does aside from setting regulations, selling licenses/permits and stocking fish and gamebirds?  Please join us for this unique opportunity to speak with Jon Regosin – Deputy Director and Jason Zimmer – District Manager with MassWildlife and learn about the many facets of conservation the agency is involved followed by a question and answer period.  You will hear about the agency’s priorities, including habitat protection and management, fish and wildlife research and management, educational programs and their R3 (recruitment, retention, and reactivation) efforts.  This is an excellent opportunity to connect one-on-one with two agency personnel and gain additional perspective on how State fish and wildlife agencies operate, the challenges they face and how we can all become more involved in the decision making process when it comes to State fish and wildlife regulations and in helping our shared conservation mission.This virtual meeting will be held via Zoom.
