Triple N Ranch was once part of the last open range in the United States but is now carefully managed to preserve habitat for Florida Wildlife. The WMA has a network of well-maintained roads and trails and engages in a burn management plan making the property one of Central Florida’s best quail hunting opportunities.
BHA has teamed up with volunteers from the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association to provide an opportunity for hunters to pursue quail behind trained bird dogs and experienced handers. For those who have never observed the beauty and teamwork that exists between a bird dog and its owner, BHA’s Triple N Ranch event is an ideal experience.
Rabbits are common throughout the WMA and stream bottoms yield numerous opportunities for squirrels.
Join BHA at the check station off US 192 (28.1303459, -81.0203032) on Saturday, January 2nd at 6:30 AM.
All participants planning to hunt must have a Florida Hunting License and Management Area Permit. Hunters should wear blaze orange.
