Join the University of Minnesota BHA club in celebrating Public Lands Day at Spring Lake Wildlife Management Area. The club will be hosting a trash cleanup from 1-3pm. Meet at the boat landing at 1pm to volunteer. Prior to the cleanup, you have the option to join them for a waterfowl hunt. If you would like to participate in the waterfowl hunt, meet at Green Hall (2005 Upper Buford Cir, St Paul, MN 55108) at the St. Paul campus at 3:30am. If you are new to waterfowl hunting, please attend an informational meeting on September 20th at 4:15pm at the St. Paul campus gym fields for information on how to prepare for the hunt. This is a great opportunity to learn to hunt, meet new people, and give back to your public lands!
