It's finally September and for most of us that means busting the camping gear back out, dusting off the old shooting irons and fine tuning your bow for the upcoming deer season. Come celebrate National Public Lands Month with your fellow DFW Region 1 members on Saturday September 17th for a public land clean up and fireside chat at Eisenhower State Park!
Meet us at the Elm Point camping area at noon for the clean up and join us afterwards for lunch. We'll be discussing how your offseason has been, new public land access and all your plans for the upcoming season. We'd love to have you stick around after lunch and campout Saturday night. Come enjoy our public lands, share your stories and ideas, and we hope you see you out there!
Where: Meet at Elm Point Campsites 167 and 169 at 12 pm on Saturday 9/17 (See TPWD's Eisenhower State Park Map)
