Próis and BHA Launch Corporate Partnership

MISSOULA, Mont. – Próis and Backcountry Hunters & Anglers today announce the launch of a corporate partnership that will elevate both Prois’ and BHA’s efforts to conserve, provide access to and enjoy North America’s wildest backcountry lands and waters.
Próis, a leading brand in women’s hunting apparel, embodies the future of hunting, where women are equally represented and respected. Women are the fastest growing demographic in hunting, and BHA applauds Próis for catering to this trend and making clothes specifically for women – not just “shrink and pink” men’s camo.
“Women hunters are a huge part of our grassroots army,” said BHA President and CEO Land Tawney. “I’m excited to have BHA partner with Próis, a brand that provides performance hunting gear for those leaders. Together, we will ensure our hunting and conservation heritage.”
Próis CEO Kirstie Pike founded Próis after being unable to find performance hunting gear for women. In 2008, she established Próis in Gunnison, Colorado, with a vision of creating the best women’s hunting clothes on the market.
“Coming from a Western outdoor community, we realized there was performance gear for nearly every outdoor pursuit from skiing to running to mountain biking. There was even performance hunting gear for men,” said Pike. “So we set out to create technical and functional hunting gear for women. We pride ourselves on our fabrics, cuts and functional features that enhance every hunt for women.”
Pike continued, “We have been watching BHA for some time now. While we are deeply rooted with other conservation groups, we really feel that BHA represents a different facet to the conservation community. It is a natural fit.” Learn more.
