PA BHA invites you to help clean up Public Lands

September is Public Lands Month and in celebration, BHA members across North America will participate in our Public Land Pack Out, a chapter-to-chapter competition aimed at ridding our shared lands and waters of more than 1,000 bags of garbage.
The Pennsylvania Chapter of BHA held its first Pack Out this week at Evansburg State Park in Montgomery County. Thanks to all the folks shown below who pitched in there! That is some haul.
Certain of our public lands in PA are habitually littered. Covid-19 and heavy use of parks and forests has made it worse. The Public Lands Pack Out is a tradition at BHA, but this year it seems urgent.
