Join New York BHA and friends as we kick off the 2023 Hike to Hunt Challenge with a multi-faceted event that starts with a hike of the first 6 miles of
the Pat McGee Trail and finishes with a get together at Ellicottville Brewing Company.
Meet us at the trailhead in Salamanca for the hike at 10 am or join the fun at E.B.C. when the hikers get there at noon. We’ll have a team of folks to shuttle hikers back to their vehicles at the trailhead, but please don’t hesitate to invite enough friends that you can park a vehicle at each end of the hike.
Come support BHA at the merch tent, try some wild game samples, test your physical and archery fitness with the combination H.I.T. Circuit and 3D Archery Shoot (BYOB – Bring Your Own Bow!), or just enjoy an early summer afternoon of music, food, drinks and great people talking about hunting and conservation.
If you’re already a member, come catch up with the chapter. If you’re not a member, this is a great opportunity to learn more about Conservation, New York’s Public Lands and how hunting for your own food can be a fulfilling aspect of a healthy and challenge-fueled lifestyle.
