Our base camp will be, generally speaking, around the Harmon’s Den area. We will be in and around a bear sanctuary and no bear may be taken in accordance with NC Hunting Regulations (draw permit only) within the sanctuary. However, we encourage you to get a bear tag because there will be opportunity for bear in other areas we will be hunting. Feral swine may be taken during this camp. This is an archery hunt'; traditional, recurve, compound, and crossbows are all acceptable. We expect you to be proficient with your selected archery system. If you have never picked up a bow, we can put you behind a crossbow and get you proficient and confident very quickly.
