Q: Brewfest
" What did we do well?
" What needs to be improved?
A: I was heavily involved in this aspect, having donated and run the 2 Towns Ciderhouse booth, and I thought it went very well. The venue was pretty small for the crowd though, and felt cramped toward the end. Maybe separating the fest into multiple tents would be helpful. Also, the wristbanding process for the beginning of the fest was a bit confusing for the BHA members that were already there. Some kind of sign or announcement saying that you need wristbands to get served would be helpful. I have worked a ton of these things, however, and I thought Patches did a fantastic job coordinating.

Q: Registration
• What did we do well?
• What needs to be improved?
A: The overall set up and vibe were amazing, and the leadership of BHA were easy to approach and open to conversation. Boise was a great location, and made it easier for us far west coasters to attend. The beer fest was a blast.
As far as improvements, there could have been more volunteer leadership cohesion, but that is always tough with such a large crowd. Also, the locations of the chapter meetings were very hard to find. Use of social media to post times and locations of specific meeting places and times for both volunteering and chapter meetings would be helpful. Especially if they were posted in an obvious part of the BHA website and/or Facebook.
