Summer is cruising along. Made up of glorious days hiking deep into the mountains following a stream to find a couple brook trout, surf casting for stripers or just chilling by a lake, you can be sure of one thing: BHA members are thinking about our public lands. The New York Chapter has been active on many fronts. In March the board hosted several pint nights, including two incredibly well attended events in Brooklyn and Ithaca. Our Catskill rendezvous at the end of April was a blast, with a great turnout, amazing food and beer, traditional bow shooting, live music, fly casting lessons, and more.
