Conservation (& Conciliation)

[EasyDNNnewsLocalizedText:Author]: David Lien
Backcountry Hunters & Anglers was (and is) inspired by the political activism of Theodore Roosevelt, the Land Ethic of Aldo Leopold, the hunting ethics of David Petersen and the fiery oratory of Hal Herring. Support the Recovering America's Wildlife Act

[EasyDNNnewsLocalizedText:Author]: Sean Saville
As avid sportsmen and women, you likely know the rich tradition and history of sporting folk leading the charge in conservation of fish and wildlife in America. It’s likely you’re taking part in it right now. Through the many contributions from hunting and fishing license sales and federal excise taxes levied on the purchase of outdoor gear, firearms, ammunition and boating fuel, fish and wildlife agencies manage and conserve fish and wildlife for the public trust.
