Rhode Island BHA Submits Comments to NOAA Coastal Program Evaluation

On October 15, 2024, BHA’s Rhode Island Team submitted written testimony to NOAA, related to their periodic coastal management program review focused on Rhode Island’s Coastal Resources Management Council. Massachusetts Team attends Striperfest

On September 28th, New England BHA attended StiperFest and was represented by Aaron Townsley and Jen True from the Massachusetts Team and talked with hundreds of folks about BHA's conservation work with striped bass and maintaining coastal access for the public.  StriperFest is held by On the Water in Falmouth, Cape Cod. RECAP: Vermont Northwoods Story Slam at Johnson Woolen Mills

Nothing defines hunting the big woods like wool pants and coats in the classic buffalo check pattern.  Johnson Woolen Mills has been at it in Vermont for nearly two centuries.  They hosted us for the Vermont Northwoods Story Slam at their store Saturday, August 31st and it was a great time! Maine Team Learn to Hunt: Whitetail Deer
