James Brandenburg joined the Southeast chapter board in early 2019 to represent Arkansas. At the time, Arkansas had yet to see real BHA leadership, and there were very few members. To date, James has recruited a broad leadership structure throughout the state, helped host several well-attended events that raised considerable funds, brought on two chapter level sponsors, grown relationships with media outlets and most importantly developed great relationships with the state agencies — leading to several important on-the-ground projects!
James’ hard work and the leadership team he has recruited in the state have positioned Arkansas to be an independent chapter from the Southeast this June. Job well done!
