Do you live in Pennsylvania and have an interest in hunting but just never knew how to get started? Maybe you just want to learn more about hunting in general. If either description fits you, please join Pennsylvania BHA and its partners for a series of free events this summer and fall aimed at helping beginners or the curious learn about the basics of hunting in Pennsylvania.
Hunting for Sustainability: Becoming a PA Hunter kicks off June 10 at 7 p.m. with leaders from BHA's PA Chapter and a staff member from the PA Game Commission. We’ll cover hunter safety training; licensing and special tags; and mentoring opportunities followed by a live Q & A session to answer participant questions.
With 2021-2022 hunting licenses going on sale later this month and antlerless permit applications due in early July, now is the perfect time to jump in and start your hunting journey.
