For our third and final virtual foraging seminar, Spencer with High Country Harvest and Orion with Forage Colorado will be broadcasting a live dinner party with some special guests from the CO Chapter. They will be cooking up a variety of wild game and foraged goods using the species discussed in our previous seminars. The idea is to show viewers a variety of cooking and preservation techniques that can help them eat more wild foods year-round! They will also be bringing in a bartender to make some awesome cocktails. It's pretty amazing to see everything that can be created out of a quick walk in the woods!
