  • What is Crowdcast? 
    • Crowdcast is a virtual event hosting platform. BHA chose to use Crowdcast to host our Virtual Rendezvous given its unique features. All payments made via Crowdcast are safe and secure and are processed via Stripe. 
  • How do I join BHA's Virtual Rendezvous via Crowdcast?
    • Please see this link for a quick reference guide for attending a Crowdcast event. 
  • Will I be able to interact with the workshop and panel presenters?
    • Yes, as long as you tune in live!
  • What internet speed do I need to join the Virtual Rendezvous?
    • Any standard at home internet should suffice. If you are concerned, please visit this link for internet requirements and to test your speed. 
  • What if I miss an event during Virtual Rendezvous?
    • All events will be available to view post-event as long as you purchase access to the event or if the event is free to attend. 
  • Can I tune in on my mobile device?
    • Absolutely! Download the Crowdcast Mobile app and sign in to your account or create a new account
      • If you're using an iPhone download the app here: iOS Version : If you're using an Android, Crowdcast is supported on the latest Android devices right in the browser, no downloads required.
  • How do I participate in your online auction?
    • The online auction will go live at 9:00AM MDT on Monday, June 1, and run through 11:59PM MDT on Sunday, June 14. You will be able to preview items in the auction prior to the launch of the auction via the Virtual Rendezvous homepage.
  • Do I need to buy a ticket for each member of my household?
    • While you don't need to purchase a ticket for each member of your household, we encourage you to consider donating the money that would have gone to a second or third ticket throughout the Virtual Rendezvous. There will be great opportunities to make it worthwhile. 
  • How can I participate in Conservation Saturday?
    • Participation on Conservation Saturday will be hosted on Crowdcast, the same platform as the rest of the week. If you are only interested in participating in Conservation Saturday, you can purchase specific event passes at $5 per event on the Virtual Rendezvous homepage. 
  • I'm busy that week. Can I still access all the events afterwards?
    • Yes. If you purchase a week pass or specific individual pass, the events will be available to view after they have occurred. Free events are available during or after the event to everyone.
  • I usually enjoy seeing all the gear from your partners at Rendezvous. How can I do that now?
    • Not to worry. There will be plenty of opportunities to win over $20,000 in awesome gear from BHA's corporate partners throughout the week. Each event will feature a chance to win door prize for people tuning in live. Furthermore, there will be opportunities to compete for prizes in our Public Lands Trivia as well as participate in a Virtual Rendezvous Sweepstakes.
