Come join Ohio BHA at MWCD’s Clendening Lake, April 4th at 9 AM. We will meet up where the pipeline crosses Laughlin Road and launch out from there with 2 sets of bags. One set to collect any trash we encounter on Muskingum Watershed Conservation District’s publicly accessible lands. One set to pick a springtime wild edible favorite – ramps! By 11, we will circle back to the rendezvous location and branch out to clean-up a few more parking areas before calling it a day. Come with an open mind, some empty bags, and a desire to learn more about wild foraging and how to do so sustainably on our Ohio public lands. Dress appropriately and wear closed toed shoes, this is a Rain or Shine event.
