Join members of the Montana Chapter of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers for a signage work day on Saturday, July 13th.
The Beaverhead Recreation Working Group - consisting of Montana BHA, local OHV clubs, Montana DNRC, the BLM, the US Forest Service, Montana Game Wardens and others - will spend the day placing signs in the Dillon area to help protect critical wildlife habitat and encourage responsible OHV use and walk-in only hunting access.
We're looking for a handful of passionate public land owners to help out.
The plan is to meet at the Dillon DNRC office at 9am on Saturday, July 13th and head out from there. The work site is about an hour's drive. This will be a full day project.
BHA will provide lunch and beverages for our volunteers. Please bring work gloves, closed toe shoes and sunscreen - we'll be in the sun for most of the day.
