Stepping up to fill several key, vacant positions and duties in the Washington chapter board, newly appointed chapter co-chair Cameron Lankhaar has been the driving force behind much of the chapter’s action and organization these past few months. With his leadership, the chapter has provided active support for a WDFW funding request, offered opposition and action against a bad vacation county roads bill and sent an opposition letter to the state DNR over a proposed land exchange in the Methow Valley. Cameron has been crucial in handling the chapter’s finances and operations during a transitional period in leadership, including integrating the finances of the Washington’s two collegiate clubs (Gonzaga/WSU) and planning the upcoming chapter planning meetings in Chelan. Thanks, Cameron!
