The Armed Forces Initiative of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers is proud to present the first veteran camp in California in close coordination with the California BHA State Chapter. This camp will lead California veterans through an immersive opportunity to learn and engage with spearfishing off the La Jolla coastline.
On July 10th, 2021 BHA will lead these veterans through the Armed Forces Initiative's dual skill camp. These camps focus on the tactile skillsets to utilize during spearfishing and will also run through cerebral engagement of the AFI program within BHA and a deep dive on the Accelerating Veteran Recovery Outdoors Act, our #1 legislation priority within the program.
Come prepared to learn, dive into the depths, and shoot your dinner through this mentored experience.
