During this time of year there is a probability to rain in the afternoons.
The altitude is about 9200 feet so it will be cool at nights (cold for flatlanders).
There is both lake and stream fishing within 10-20 minutes from camp.
There are also established trails in the area. Some that go into the Baldy Wilderness.
If there are enough interested kids we may plan a crayfish catching trip and cook up the catch one evening.
Those interested can participate in organized or not organized archery at the camp. There may be archery equipment for kids.
There will be a communal fire at night (depending on the weather) where many stories (some true) will be told as well as trading tidbits of info on hiking, fishing and hunting in the Arizona backcountry.
For any questions call Kurt Bahti at 520-455-5479 (home) before July 8th or at 520-400-8832 (cell) after July 8th as I will be traveling out-of-state fishing.
