Please join Arkansas BHA at Lake Dardanelle State Park for a couple nights of family camping and catfishing! We'll gather at our reserved campsites on the evening of Friday, October 6th and experience catfishing in several different forms with local experts.
What to Expect: This is a family friendly event and all are welcome. Get to know some of our fellow public water outdoor enthusiasts and learn some catfishing methods. There will be fun and fellowship for the whole family and we'll learn some things too. It all culminates Sunday, October 8 with a fish fry lunch!
Camping: Space is limited. We have 8 campsites reserved that will potentially accommodate 16 families – 8 people max per campsite. Campers and/or tents are OK. 30A power and water at each site. Climate controlled restroom/shower house, playground and fishing dock on site. RSVPs need to pay $54.82 for 2 nights camping at the link below to reserve a site. Brad Green ([email protected]) will handle the specific reservations within our reserved block of sites. Check in details provided after RSVP.
Camping is encouraged but not required.
What to bring: Attendees should bring their own camping gear, food, drinks, boats and fishing gear as they would for a weekend campout. We have do have fishing gear to share and enough boats to make sure everyone get a turn out on the water.
