A: Not sure how many of the 600+ people attended virtually, but I felt rather lost. Schedule of events changed without notifying virtual participants – but didn’t matter because I couldn’t log onto any of the live events anyway.

Q: What would you like to see improved with the Virtual Rendezvous experience?
A: I have attended other virtual BHA events without any difficulties. This year’s event, however, was totally worthless to me except to know that my registration fee went to a good cause. I was unable to participate in ANY of the events. Nada. Perhaps computer glitch was at my end, but I tried several times over several days without success. I absolutely admire and support BHA and all you do, but quite honestly, this virtual event was frustrating and used up a lot of my time for nothing.
